I suggest you ...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the “My feedback” filter and select “My open ideas”.

If a similar idea already exists, you can vote and comment on it.

If it doesn't exist, you can post your idea so others can vote on it.

Why can't you ship to Taylor Michigan 48180? Seems dumb. Also, why can't you accept payment from a Canadian Pay Pal account. I am shipping to the US... oh wait.. I am not..YOU WON'T LET ME!!!!

        • you work with your customer service people to read the full question AND answer it fully.

I suggest you work with your customer service people to read fully potential customer emails and to fully respond to them. Otherwise, folks may do as I am going to do...order my supplies elsewhere! Don

            • you train your agents better so they can sell you something at the right price. Terrible deal with y

racks for all sold me a tilt a rack for one price then canceled the order because the price was wrong. I asked the agent three times if the price was correct before I bought it.

              • make a bike cover for bike on vehicle's bike racks

When the bike is set upon the vehicle's bike rack (front or back), it needs a covering over it to protect it from road dirt, bugs, etc. It should fit closely over the specific bicycle parts, not in an expanded design like your other covers -- I'm thinking of a design that will closely cover the specific areas of: wheels, handlebars, and saddle, yet will cover the rest of the bike as well. When will you have one ready for the market?

We’ll look for a product of this type. We have a few products that are close, but not exactly the same as your description. Thanks for your suggestion!
